Refund policy

At August Nine Home, all sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5  business days of delivery to address the issue. This is a firm deadline, and requests made after this period will not be eligible for review. I am happy to help, so please reach out within 5 days of receiving your order!

To initiate a resolution, please email augustninehome@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. If your claim is approved, we will work with you to provide a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
