For as long as I can remember, I’ve dreamed of having my own small business. I’ve always loved creating, designing, and making things that bring people joy… but turning that passion into something real felt so far away for the longest time.
After months of planning, designing products, and building my shop piece by piece, I finally took the leap and opened August Nine Home. There were late nights, trial and error, and a whole lot of learning as I went. I kept reminding myself that every small business starts with just one step… and one order.
This week, it finally happened! I got my very first two orders on TikTok Shop! 🧡
When that notification popped up on my phone, I literally squealed. It might seem small, but to me, it means everything. It’s proof that someone out there saw my work, connected with it, and decided to support my dream. That one little moment made every ounce of effort feel worth it.
I carefully packed those first orders with so much love, thinking about how they’ll soon be in someone’s hands, bringing them a little happiness and hopefully making their day brighter.
This is just the beginning, but it’s a moment I’ll never forget. If you’ve supported, liked, shared, or cheered me on in any way… thank you. Every bit of encouragement fuels this dream and helps it grow.
